July 2021 Suggestion Sketch: Hyou-Cow; Part 1

On her kitchen counter lay a number of unusual ingredients – among them hand-ground cocoa bean powder, cocoa butter, and an exciting white powder. Despite the excessive effort put into the cocoa powder, what really had her chest thumping was that last ingredient. She let out a breathy sigh, pouring the cocoa and the butter into her double-boiler setup, eyes hesitating on the bottle’s label as she lifted it, holding it at eye level.
“Bovine growth hormone”. Used for inducing growth and increased milk production in cattle – borrowed from some corner of the Chitanda estate where she found the bottle unopened and covered in dust. Why it was there, she could only speculate – perhaps a sample from past ranching ambitions? Who knows? She couldn’t hope to deduce something like that the way Oreki could, so she chose not to think about it too much.
All she knew was that this could finally be her ticket to some bigger boobs. She
swallowed, a bead of sweat rolling down her temple while she looked away, unable to watch as she finally forced herself to pour the drug into the softening chocolate.
With the deed done, she looked back and watched in mild shock as the dust sank into the chocolate as it liquified. Jumping, she slapped herself back to work. “I can’t just stare at it!! If I don’t start stirring, I’ll end up with a gross, chunky mess!” And so, she went to work yet again – stirring the concoction vigorously while it heated.
Some time and some work later, she was done.
Of course she couldn’t stop at just making the chocolate, so in front of her sat twenty-four neatly packed and wrapped chocolates, all laced with the same breast-enhancing drug. Hopefully much more palatable than the raw powder would have been... and certainly more fun to make. A chocolate wasn’t complete without its wrapping, she knew.
Hesitatingly, she grasped one in her hand and tugged at the colorful plastic ends, not even enough to unfurl the twisted seal. Her blood ran cold, her hands frozen in place, her mind undecided about the whole ordeal.
“Ugh. I can’t do it.” She sighed heavily, softly dropping the chocolate back into the larger collective. “I have to think about this some more... For now, I guess I’ll just keep them in my room...”
Hurriedly, not wanting to be caught with her haul, she scurried back to her room with the armful of illicit sweets. With the door secured behind her (and with sincere gladness that she didn’t have a nosy sister to sneak in and steal her project), she unceremoniously piled them into a sweets bowl, setting it on her desk.
“For now, just sit there, ok?” She spoke to the unhearing candy, sighing again as she returned to the kitchen to clean up.
And so the candy sat and waited.
And sat.
And waited.
For someone to eat them.
An excerpt of the beginning of a story I've been helping develop with this particular suggester. Now the cow shaped die has been cast, as the girls of Hyouka will soon grow to know just what happens when you binge on something tainted with all kinds of hormones. More parts are undoubtedly to come!
