All those little quintessential babies in her tum don't seem to slow down her sexual appetite at all, or her appetite for food! She has gotten quite plump!
If you're wondering, this sounds like a certain story someone is writing, it's probably because it is? While I don't really know anything about Quintessential Quintuplets, I can definitely appreciate drawing some big horny mamas-to-be.
