All those sweets and tea have really taken a toll on Mio's once trim figure! With her fat milkers teaming up with her huge stuffed belly dealt a knockout blow to those once proud shirt buttons. Another casualty in Mio's continued decent into gluttony.
Is this a sequel to that drawing from last year? possibly. Is it a part of that old story from eons ago? also a possibility. Regardless it's a really fat Mio so enjoy!
