An Idea For a Romcom Manga: HELP! My Childhood Crush is Actually a Girl with HUGE TITS!

As Ayako enters highschool, in a twist of fate her childhood crush reemerges into her life, but it turns out he, is actually a she, and has developed some seriously huge tits! Meet Takane (girl on the right obviously) has always been a big tomboy, and even as her boobs swelled to gigantic proportions, hasn't quelled her fiery spirit! Ayako has a lot of mixed feelings to deal with~!
And that's about the gist of my new Original idea! I just wanted to put this idea down on paper before it ends up escaping the space between my ears. I'd like to do some cool things with these characters, but probably after I get around to finishing that Boob magic comic. lol anyways a little more in-depth info on the girls.
Ayako 綾子 (meaning; studious child)
An average girl with nerdy tendencies. Keeps up with her studies, but also enjoys reading manga and playing video games. She's a little on the plump side, especially in her lower half. Somewhat self conscious about her butt. She enjoys wearing feminine clothing, like skirts and dresses. She has fair skin and light brown hair.
Takane 喬峰 (meaning; towering peak)
A fit and muscular tomboy with improbably large breasts. Despite the weights on her chest, still excels at sports. Not the most studious, and not shy to ask for help in class work. Also has a curious nature. Prefers to wear pants when not at school. Has a darker complexion, and dark brown or black hair.
