🕑 Added 2023-08-18 08:04:33 +0000 UTCThe colored / redrawn version of the "Retro Alopex" pic that won on the color poll. I'm still going to do a color version of the action figure pic although as I mentioned to some backers before, I opted to color the two halves of the image separately. The action figure one is going to be more of a graphic design / image manip project and since it'll involve a lot of copywritten logos that I don't own the rights to, I'm going to play it safe and have it separate from this one.
I'm really glad I decided to redraw this pic and I like the direction it ended up going. I gotta remind myself more often that it's good to try mixing up my style a bit once in a while!
Thanks everyone who participated in the color poll, and thank you for your patience with me. I've been making a lot of progress lately and I hope I can keep that going.

OK, so I know Iβm a bit late to leave a comment here, but better to say something than nothing. I just wanted to give a Huge Thank you to everyone who voted for the Retro Alopex sketch all the way back March to get the HQ Color treatment! You have no idea how much in Love I am for this interpretation of Alopex. And to see Heresy actually redraw this pose from Scratch instead of just tracing over the sketch and refining the line work, he just made the drawing look even Better than it was originally! I salute to you, Heresy, if youβre reading this, you really made this drawing my new Favorite suggestion Iβve made to you yet! Canβt wait to see him work on the toy packaging when he works on that! n.n
