Now that I'm not putting a time limit on myself I can see the improvement in quality a lot. I think this is the way to go. I fell better and like more what I'm doing

Absolutely and take your time. Don't know your limits or how far you want to go but internal, throbbing, even cumflation would be incredible to see. Already looking great regardless of where/how you end it.
