You are able to get VIP tickets using the presale code DREM or DREMCATCHER. The Patreon code gets you a VIP ticket for the price of GA.

DREM is for presale access. DREMCATCHER you enter at the check out page, in order to get a discount on the top price, best seats.

Ah, that will be the joys of Ticketmaster to thank for that confusion! Simplest answer is, if you have a good close up seat, you get the meet greet access included in the ticket. All customers with such seats will get some communication a bit nearer the time about the meet greet access, as it will take place pre-show.

Hey! I purchased pretty good close seats in Toronto with the DREM code and the tickets are labelled as “meet and greet.” I saw this post after about the DREMCATCHER code and to try it in the tm app, so I gave that a go just to see and seats there seem to have “meet and greet” and then “SPECIAL meet and greet” as an add-on, which I didn’t see as an option. Only close seats have that option, which I have, but my ticket doesn’t say special meet and greet? Is this different?

If you tried earlier, please try again. DREM is for presale access only. DREMCATCHER - which gives you a Patreon discount - was not working with some venues but it definitely is now.

For those of you who are having trouble with the code, try searching Aunty Donna through Ticketmaster's home page and then inputting it. I did it through the app and was able to get it to work

Going through the link didn't work. I had to search though ticketmaster directly to find the show, then I could see the Patreon presale, and 'DREMCATCHER' worked

Only the general DREM code seems to work. Ours says invalid code. Tried different (correct) spellings in case it got autocorrected and lower case too. No luck.
