I'm so fucking happy. Getting Michelle involved was the best idea too I love that you can tell how much playing TropeRPG/having experience under Matthew's DMing has inspired Mark as well- there's definitely stuff in here which is pulling more from that kind of system, as well as other things which are definitely loosey-goosey interpretations of D&D rules as written- but that's absolutely fine, because at the end of the day those rules are meant to be a guideline, and for a table of inexperienced players having a bit more fluidity and less complexity is often the better route to go. Still, Mark's "I know this isn't how you play D&D" direct to the camera was very good :D
