Heyo Patrons, Ash here again with some Concept art!
Today here's an Ultimate Overflow!
With these Overflow's concepts I am really wanting to help break him out of the complaint of being too much like WaterHazard, giving him a differentiating vibe.
The first taking inspiration from sprinkler toys and water guns.
Now he can pool large amounts of water into various spots around his body, giving him some solid water weight to throw around in a fight. He can even deploy additional water spouts from his chest.
The second taking heavy inspiration from water bugs and squids.
The main body of this boy is compacted down to be more streamlined, making his arms even retractable. He now has a mastery of Hydrokinetics and can bend water into any shape or movement he wants.

Dang, these are some really cool designs! I really like the water gun inspiration in the first one, that really works well with Overflow’s design. Though I quite like the water bug and squid inspiration from his second design, makes him look a bit more organic.
