I understand you clearly sometimes ı add roads like this,but first focus in main and possible roads after that ı add more roads for connect also farm roads and others dont worry you can see more in future

Do you think you'll ever add narrow country roads? Even if there no traffic a nice a little paved shortcut to get to another city would be cool. With maybe a farm company on this stretch.

Yes ı add all 50 mainland states but soon ? You are talkin about 2500 or more mile of road and 50+ city all coming part to part
