Yup totally! They're so cheap that I often dont bother, but it can be nicer organizationally (You can also do the same in reverse, though I can't think of why I would want to...)

another thing you can do is Flood Fill to Random Color and then pipe that into a separate RGB; and you can get 3x the random greyscales!! What a bargin!
