Since I had a lot of creative leeway here, here's the backstory: She's curling for an ad shoot for her gyms, and was told to "just use her normal weights like she's training", but the producer is dismayed with how big the weights are...so Carmen has to redo the shoot with fake prop weights so that she's actually visible.

The irony of being so buff you have to use weights so massive they look fake, people ask you to use fake weights that look more realistic.
