FIREPLACE LULLABIES
🕑 Added 2022-10-04 23:00:03 +0000 UTCHey!
Come and lie under my fluffy blanket on the couch by the fireplace and fall asleep listening to me ... um... 'sing'... 😅
It might start a little loud 😜🎸 but I'll get a bit quieter and softer as we go... until they're like lullabies...
🎶🥰
Hugs and snugs,
🧔🏻💜 Matthew xx
p.s. You might notice a couple of songs have a little whispered naughty word or two I’ve added…🤣 I couldn’t help it!
Individual songs:
Lana Del Rey - ‘If You Lie Down With Me’ - from Blue Bannisters (2021)
Peter Gabriel - ‘The Book of Love’ - from Shall We Dance (2004)
Lykke Li - ‘No Hotel’ - from Eyeye (2022)
Elvis Presley - ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love’ - from Blue Hawaii (1961)

I don’t know how I missed this for so long but… wow. I hardly have words. This could have gone the way of the kendom but it definitely did not. https://tenor.com/msNpPuVeaWK.gif I’m always stunned in the best way by your gentleness and vulnerability and how it shines through.

I came here expecting corny karaoke style singing to help me sleep but my jaw dropped. Oh my! Now I'm very awake, impressed and VERY turned on! Not only can you sing, you've got technique! Surely you've taken lessons before. I need an album asap! The only thing better than that guitar in your lap would be me, and I would *respectfully* destroy the guitar to get there 🔥🥵
