A lot of us with ADHD often experience what feels like strong emotions that lead into immediate reactions... like we don't get the time to even THINK before we DO. So... what are you supposed to do when it feels like you just... don't get a chance to regulate before you react? Weeeeeeell, I might be able to help with that!

I love this video for so many reasons. 1. I love you are singing all by myself as a new mom - kudos for realizing it is good for some time by yourself! 2. Massage! Bias here since I was a massage therapist ;) 3. Dr Becky! I soooo wish she was a thing 14 years ago when I had my first. So much healthier approach for parenting. 4. ALL the content! For me. But also for the kid part (yup I figured mine out after my kid was diagnosed). After she started meds I could SEE that split second occur. I even described it to people as why I knew the meds were working for her. Thank you for these videos - I watch some of them with my kid because when I try and suggest something she gets resistant to even talking. But she LOVES your videos and listens to you!! So thank you ๐ (Sorry for the book length comment!!)
