AC Real V1.24 - Release Build + Patch Notes

Thanks so much for supporting my vision and being here with me to help this community push Assetto farther than it ever has been. I'd also like to thank Kunos for giving us modders a great base to work with. Now, on to the nitty gritty.
Many things have been changed, but I'll highlight the most important ones.
Firstly, the "Blindness Intensity" Option now will work much better and is the best on DC and GT7 bloom types. On others, it's still there, but is kind of muted. It also works in conjunction with a thing called "Movie Contrast." This heavily crushes blacks and gives that cinematic, movie-like feel that DC gave off. Here's stock pure for comparison. I'm using the DC bloom type for the purpose of showing this better.
There is also now a "Camera-Like exposure" button that just makes all of this more dramatic and faster.
The filter's ambient lighting system also saw some adjustments. There are now 3 options. "Cinema" slightly oversaturates everything and makes shadows have a slight bluish tint, while "neutral" removes this effect completely. There is also a 3rd option called "Azure". This was my attempt at faking how natural light works by adjusting all thee ambient lighting parameters to be more subtle and make the rest of the functions work harder. Let me know what you think of this.
The tone mapping also needed some minor adjustments after all this, especially at night. Now you should have punchier blacks and colors without as much crush, which matches the aesthetic i was going for very well. It also significantly improves the general look of nighttime as well.
But wait, there's more! With CSP 0.2.4, there is an amazing new approach to fog that enables you to Increase fog amounts exponentially with distance. I added this as an option called "DC Atmosphere". This works amazing for rainy weather, and is ones of thee biggest improvements to thee filter's overall looks. Combined with all the new Lightning tweaks, this creates a beautiful weather dynamic that truly captures the essence of Driveclub and what the community loved about it. 
Another highlight is the current look of reflections. They should now take in more of the surroundings where needed, and will be de-intensified where they don't.

The sun's effect on the environment is now somewhat increased, and the color palette in general should be much more neutral. This allows the lighting system and exposure to have significantly more control over the visuals. Also made some significant changes to the ambient lighting system(it's much more aggressive now).

--took longer than it should've, but lightning is now fully configured and is MUCH more frequent. No more looking for lightning.

WOW! i was annoyed at first as i run triples and this set resolution wrong and added neck fx back in, but once i got that sorted, this breathes new life into AC. too many pp filters rely on using rain to look good, but this looks great in all conditions. keep up the good work

To the developers... AMAZING work! I began using AC Real very early back when the team first started, and it was fantastic. (I took a break from AC for a few months). BUT, I come back, and you all have surpassed the imagination!!! This filter, and the construction of all the independent settings, OPTIONS, SLIDERS, CONTROLS, Selections, the colors... I am speechless. This is special and its incredible! If you all continue with this work ethic, investing time into coding such an incredible filter with so many options and choices... The sky is the limit! Congrats and keep up the magnificent work, I am genuinely enjoying this filter and it makes AC feel like a whole new game and vibe... thank you!

I have 2 shotoku maps the one I use for offline traffic is the PTB version and all I had to do was open up the file for that specific map and insert the shotoku file into the map.

hey i downloaded the white lights file and im still getting yellow lights on shutoku i have downloaded the files manually but still no change. any fixes or recommendations?

For some reason all of the area is foggy with light purple mist, can someone help me?

White lights changes how the lighting on SRP looks, so if you want that, then download the white lights version of the file. Otherwise, just download the regular file.
