This makes me think of the jets of radiation and particles coming from a supermassive black hole! I get nervous working around low power infrared diode‘s, I can imagine you were on your toes with safety building this one!

I don't know how many Potassium Titanyle Phosphate – KTiOPO4 (KPT) optics you have around you, lots probably but you should totally dump that 25W IR into them and see 532nm outputs!
