Unfortunately, this is just because the sims UV map is so small, there is not a lot of room for clothing textures. I make the texture as big as possible, but it's a limitation of the game. It might help a bit to use the HQ mod by alf-si, though. It allows the game to display slightly bigger textures.

I'm not sure why but the texture on mine comes out pretty blurry I have my sims game with the ultra-setting on specs and it is still kind of blurry. Is there any way to change that?
