Calming piano meditation (Cmaj7)
🕑 Added 2023-07-17 23:07:53 +0000 UTCI spent the last days in my mums garden in Brandenburg, Germany. Those were very much needed quiet days of doing nothing, sitting on the Hollywood swing and talking a lot, breathing and letting go, listening to the birds and the wind in the trees, thinking about the past and the future.
Lots of things are changing in my life at the moment (which is also the reason that I'm not regularly posting here or anywhere else, every week is different - I am still in the process of forming new more stable routines again - thank you for hanging in there with me!). Finding out and setting new priorities takes time and patience, it's definitely a longer process for me in this post-studying-phase of life.
I also felt pretty restless and had endless spirals of repeating thoughts during the last weeks - probably everyone had that in a certain phase of their life already, pretty sure you know what I am talking about. Because of this I had the urge of just sit at the piano and carefully, softly play what my fingers guide me to - and I made a simple recording of it. Maybe it also calms you a little, if that's something you need right now. :)
Be gentle - lots of love!
xx
