Sunday piano meditation - no. 21
🕑 Added 2024-02-25 17:52:37 +0000 UTCToday was an emotional rollercoaster day - for some reason I felt quite upset and moody for the whole morning; within the last days my chronic bowel disease was quite present - which is okay for a couple of days, but if these episodes last longer it gets more and more tiring to deal with the symptoms, hmmm. I decided to go to the gym anyways and struggled quite a bit there (started training about a month ago and haven't found my perfect routine yet, even though I'm starting to enjoy the process :)). But afterwards, when I was sitting in the sun for a few minutes, I felt much better - I had packed my swimming clothes just in case the day would get a little sunnier, so I called a friend if she spontaneously wants to join me on Donau Island for a little swim. I mean, you can't really call it swimming, haha, it's still freezing cold in there and even though it was comfortably warm in the sunshine, the wind was quite strong today. Anyways, we did it! And almost died, haha, you really feel every inch of your whole body screaming - but afterwards you just feel amazing in your own skin. And that feeling is what makes it worth :)
Maybe this little improvisation (yesss, A major today!) was still a little influenced by that February dip in the river of Vienna.
I hope you had a great weekend, I'm sending you sunny vibes which already smell a little bit of springtime (every day I can hear more and more birds singing, so good!).
All the best & have a good start into the next week!
xx
