I just made the mistake of reading some mean instagram comments on ADHD and how I should just try harder and “find a workaround” to being disabled, and honestly it has tanked my mood. I’m going to put in the New York Times war on trans kids episode. Genuinely, “get some Michael Hobbes in your earholes” is probably my strongest coping mechanism at this point.
