Just gotta keep overall time investment reasonable, I think. This picture was supposed to be a banner saying "thank you", and there is a text panel in place of the handrail.
As for my health, the condition is stable-bad, the fever is still the same, and nothing seems to change for the better. I have scheduled visit to hospital for tomorrow early morning and do all the necessary tests...
