🕑 Added 2024-10-30 14:45:57 +0000 UTCChapter 7: I Am Lu Feng of Zha'nan
At the street side, in the red car, the big-eyed beauty looked at Su Tianyu, her delicate eyebrows furrowed as she demanded: "What are you talking about? Are you mentally ill?"
"Look behind us!" Su Tianyu shouted back.
The big-eyed beauty heard this and looked in the rearview mirror, seeing Lu Feng and seven or eight burly men carrying weapons, charging ferociously toward her car.
"Surround it!" A burly man pointed his knife tip at the red car, shouting as he ran.
The big-eyed beauty wasn't stupid. Seeing Lu Feng and his men covered in blood and carrying weapons, she knew that in this situation she might also get caught up in it and even beaten up, so she immediately gripped the steering wheel with her right hand and slammed on the gas to escape.
Lu Feng and his men chased like mad dogs, and before the red car could fully accelerate, they started wildly smashing at the rear windshield with their machetes and clubs.
"Stop!"
"Stand still, I'll kill you!"
"...!"
The crowd shouted as they smashed the red car's rear, the windshield cracking, with fine glass shards and their thrown weapons all flying into the car. A brand new large Winnie the Pooh toy sitting in the back seat was unfortunate enough to get two knives stuck in its head, stuffing flying everywhere.
Su Tianyu nervously looked back at Lu Feng and his men who were still pursuing, constantly urging: "Drive faster, hurry!"
If it had been an ordinary girl, she might have been so scared her legs would have gone soft at encountering such misfortune, but to Su Tianyu's surprise, this big-eyed beauty in the car remained relatively calm, and her driving skills weren't affected. After several accelerations and overtakes, she impatiently shouted: "Stop yelling, we've lost them!"
Su Tianyu looked back two more times, and only after confirming that Lu Feng and his men had been shaken off did he immediately say: "Stop the car up ahead."
"Stop the car? I was parked perfectly fine by the road when you suddenly got in and brought all these..." The big-eyed beauty was so angry her pretty face turned pale, grinding her teeth as she was about to curse.
Su Tianyu saw police patrol cars ahead heading toward the incident site, and worried that the red car would be too conspicuous and get stopped, he immediately shouted again: "Stop talking nonsense, stop the car quickly!"
"You...!"
"Are you taking advantage of me not having a knife?" Su Tianyu made a gesture as if reaching for a weapon.
The big-eyed beauty had no idea what kind of person he was and felt there was no need to risk her life with someone like this, so she could only accept her bad luck and step on the brake, stopping by the roadside.
Su Tianyu pushed open the car door, took out several hundred in cash from his wallet, threw it on the passenger seat, and glared at the big-eyed beauty, shouting: "I am Lu Feng of Zha'nan, if you dare report this to the police, I'll kill you! I'll cut out your mammary glands!"
"...!" The big-eyed beauty looked at him angrily but didn't dare speak.
Su Tianyu disappeared down the street in a flash. The big-eyed beauty pushed open the car door, looked back at the pitiful Winnie the Pooh and her completely smashed car rear, so angry she put her hands on her hips, her delicate body trembling.
"Ring ring!"
A phone rang, and the big-eyed beauty took out her phone and pressed answer: "Hello?"
"Qiqi, where are you? I'm out but I don't see you?"
"Don't fucking mention it, I was sitting in my car eating ice cream when this desperado called Lu Feng jumped into my car..." The big-eyed beauty kicked a tire in anger and began relating what had happened to her friend with an extremely frustrated expression.
......
Twenty minutes later, the gang fight at Changqing Company ended when the Police Bureau personnel arrived. There were over twenty injured Changqing Company members, and multiple work areas had been vandalized. A Changqing garbage yard manager said that over thirty thousand in cash had been stolen from offices in the main building.
The Police Bureau leader only briefly surveyed the scene before pulling the manager aside and saying: "Your company can expand its territory, but don't make it look too ugly, otherwise it makes things difficult for me, understand?"
"They deliberately rushed into the yard to vandalize!" The manager complained indignantly.
"Is the dirty gang conflict as simple as just fighting?" The Police Bureau person asked in return.
The manager had no response.
"How many worker placement issues are involved with the four dirty gang companies?" The Police Bureau leader frowned and replied: "The Police Bureau will investigate this case, but we can't just do nothing else except settle your economic disputes!"
The meaning was very clear - the four families' forces involved too many workers, and if not handled properly it could easily lead to mass incidents, which would undoubtedly be very troublesome for the Police Bureau. As everyone knew, leaders feared trouble most.
......
Su Tianyu took a taxi back to the Su family compound, and as soon as he entered, he saw Third Sister, Big Brother, Second Brother and others anxiously coming out to meet him.
"Are you alright?" Su Tiannan asked with concern.
"Lu Feng is just a madman, chased me for a whole street," Su Tianyu explained softly. "I had to run very far to shake them off, otherwise I would have been back earlier."
"It's good you're safe," Third Sister sighed in relief.
Seeing his little brother wasn't hurt, Su Tiannan also relaxed considerably: "I've been thinking, that knife stab you gave Lu Feng was necessary, at least now the four families - Su, Liu, Bai, and Kong - will definitely band together."
"Right," Su Tianyu immediately nodded and replied: "Big Brother, quickly call the other three families over, let's discuss how to proceed."
"No problem, I'll call them now," Su Tiannan responded.
Su Tianbei, who had knife wounds, limped over to Tianyu's side and poked his ribs, cursing: "Not bad, Little Six! Those years at military school really made you different."
Su Tianyu adjusted his glasses refinedly: "Whoever hurts my Second Brother, I'll take their ear."
"Damn it, Second Brother's love for you wasn't wasted! When my wounds heal, I'll definitely find a place for you to further improve your skills," Su Tianbei said happily, wrapping an arm around Tianyu's neck.
"Stop talking nonsense," Third Sister scolded the two. "Come inside to talk."
The family members went inside together, and Su Tiannan dialed the numbers of the other three family leaders in the living room.
......
In a small clinic in Zha'nan District, Bai Hongbo was having his injuries treated.
Around him, Bai family members gathered, cursing and chatting.
The cultured person Bai Hongbo sat on the hospital bed, lost in thought. To be honest, after this fight, Big Bai was somewhat regretful, because he really hadn't wanted things to get so tense with Changqing Company. Firstly, their old man was still being held at the Police Bureau, and secondly, he was really afraid of that beast Lu Feng. The ferocious scene of him cutting people was deeply imprinted in his mind.
After thinking for a long while, Bai Hongbo took out his phone with one hand, pushed open the folding screen with his chin, and dialed Lu Feng's number.
No choice about it - people with status all liked to use folding phones, it looked more businesslike.
After brief ringing, Lu Feng answered the phone.
"Hello, Director Lu, this is Bai Hongbo. About today's incident, I need to explain something to you..." Bai Hongbo said in a friendly tone.
"Fuck your mother, Bai Hongbo!" Lu Feng spoke poetically.
"Why are you cursing?" Bai Hongbo felt he couldn't save face.
"Aren't your four families trying to band together for this? Fine, I'll tell you, hurry up and pack your bags, find a good crematorium, I'll try to get you and your father in there by the end of the month," Lu Feng said darkly before directly hanging up.
Bai Hongbo was dumbfounded.
"Big Brother, what did he say?"
"Fuck his mother!" Bai Hongbo came to his senses and shouted fiercely at his family members: "How could I give him a chance to talk? I made this call just to tell him that from now on there's nothing to discuss, it's time for the four families to band together and fight back in self-defense!"
At Zha'nan District Hospital, Lu Feng took the ear out of his pocket and threw it on the table, saying expressionlessly to the doctor: "Sew it back on!"
......
In the evening, Bai Hongbo, Old Liu, Kong Zhenghui and others all arrived at the Su family compound.
"With four thousand dirty gang workers not working, the Management Council won't feel secure either," Su Tiannan said first.
"Then let's begin," Kong Zhenghui was the first to agree.
