Hey Ben, loving these so far. Just wanted to know what your process for planning a story is. I'm in the middle of trying to write a book, but I've been stuck in the planning stage for months now. Every time I feel like I've figured it out something else comes to mind that make me readjust everything. Hopefully hearing how you do it will help me out a bit.

What was the genesis for “The Vapors” ? Was it like this abstract concept of a comic about desperately shitty people first or were Vincent and Magda characters you had in your own head, etc. Was a narrative / character arc thought about or is it kind of about these characters being stagnant?
