Version 0.40 Released! (And patch 0.40.1!)
🕑 Added 2023-03-22 07:14:58 +0000 UTCSorry for the delay on this post. I took a bit of a break after releasing the last update, and then got distracted for a bit, and I also wanted to have that extra scene patched in before posting this. As for the actual update, that only took slightly longer than intended to finish, which isn't bad overall, especially considering the size. I got more done than usual, and instead of using that to be finished on time, I strategically just made the update way bigger and then took too long to finish it, as always. I strive for consistency, at the very least. With the extra scene patched in as mentioned above, the total word count is just under 16 000, and I still have 2 500 words of content left over for stuff that wasn't finished enough to make it into this update.
Now, onto the contents of the update. First off, for the dungeon, I again added to the green section. A pre-existing scene now has a proper intro where you encounter her, and a fight as a result of the encounter, unless you just give into her hypnosis, of course. (The character will be listed at the bottom, as it's technically a mild spoiler.) The right wing of the area has her event, and will have a room for her as well with the next update. Additionally, on the left side I've added the "DO NOT ENTER" room, which contains a new character with a combat encounter, and two defeat scenes that branch off from the same initial set up. A large part of the room and the character associated with it was designed around the idea of it being strictly off-limits, so it's pretty funny I completely forgot to put the "DO NOT ENTER" sign on the door before releasing the update! That's also patched in to 0.40.1, so if you're wondering what the hell was going on with the librarian referencing the non-existent sign, now you know. As for the room itself, I came up with a mechanic I thought would be neat. I'll have an explanation near the end of the post in case you want to experience it blind first.
For the alleyways, there's a new event which triggers when you travel through them before coming out on the other side, where you stumble upon a used onahole, and do what one naturally does in such a situation, which leads to a new character appearing as well. She has two new scenes, now that I've patched the second one in.
For other stuff, there's a new CG set for the fourth dungeon for the "Katie's bitch" scene, which can be viewed from Elmgar if you've already completed that dungeon, since going back to view it would be a bit annoying. I've also added the dominant Katie version of the Katie Doll scene in the first part of the fifth dungeon. Additionally, I touched up on some more old content. The Elven gangbang scene has its text re-formatted, and the map for the deepwoods has been redone, which you might have seen a preview of if you're in the discord group. The layout is essentially the same, but it uses new sprite work that I think looks a lot better. I also added two colors of pantyhose and stockings to Claire's shop, after they were requested over a year ago, lol. Another request from a while back was a way to test spells against the training dummy in Beatrice's shop, which was added. There are also some other miscellaneous changes listed below.
That's all for now! Thanks for your continued support! I'll update the changelog tomorrow.
Update Spoilers (As in, spoilers for things in the update. Not spoilers for any future content.)
DO NOT ENTER Mechanics: Upon entering the room, you'll start to hear footsteps, which seem to draw ever closer. Meanwhile, a number of journal logs written by Alexander are strewn about the cluttered library, requiring you to speed read the logs to try and find the door code hidden within them. The logs themselves may have some other interesting details as well. You can exit and enter the room again freely, so long as you don't linger toolong, and get caught by the librarian. You can also gain the ability to freely read through the logs by defeating her, which you should manage eventually, as she retains most of the damage she takes between battles.
Changelog:
Version 0.40.0 (And 0.40.1)
- Added intro eventing and fight for the Vampire enemy, as well as some lewd sexual attacks, and a bit of extra text elsewhere.
- Added a new room to the green section of the fifth dungeon, the library. Inside is a number of notes containing information about the cult. Unfortunately, most of them are written by Alexander.
- Added a new enemy, the Librarian golem, to the green section of the dungeon. Contains essentially two loss scenes, depending on how obedient you are after being tied to a chair. I'm not elaborating further.
- Added the dom ending for the Katie doll scene, where Katie finds you having sex with a sex doll that happens to look exactly like her, and has you fuck it several more times for her amusement.
- Added a new event in the alleyways, where you stumble upon a freshly creampied onahole, and gulp down the cum inside it, you filthy slut. The sperm donor of said onahole—a muscular woman who happens to have a penis—catches you in the act, and offers to prepare a fresh batch for your consumption.
- Patched in the second scene for the new character above in the alleyways.
- Added a CG set for the Katie's Bitch scene in the fourth dungeon.
- Reworked the text formatting for the Elven gangbang scene, and added a background image.
- Added pantyhose and programming socks to Claire's shop
- Added a dummy practice fight to the dummy in the Sorcerer's Cauldron
- It looks like I didn't have any images for the background during fights in the fifth dungeon? So I added that.
- Adjusted Daisy's scenes to be reviewable.
