Here is the list of all the Meta players from the top 5 leagues, there is no specific order, but try to get the best rated/paced, any of these cards are meta, but we have omitted cards like Kimmich who we think will be too slow to use, although he is a good card, cards like him are omitted, we have also included secondary positions.
We are just waiting for the prices to stabilise and we will release the recommended for budget/mid/expensive

Yeah it keeps showing me just the midfield and defence even if I want to see the attackers

Go with another league imho, Jota is the only reasonable card, otherwise Correa in La Liga, than you can link with De Paul and argentinan manager and another la liga player such as RB
Link for Offence Midfield also links to Defence Midfield Looking for a Meta striker in EPL that is affordable. Cannot afford Jota..
