There is a new feature in FIFA 23 called Partial Teammate Contain, which you may have seen in the pitch notes which I think will be a game changer, please try to use teammate contain in some capacity as we edge closer to 23, as the Partial Teammate Contain / Partial press would most likely be the exact same button.
