See, Morgan was right. The W man risked his own life to save Denise. Carol herself saw that when she shot him.

I was hesitated about the W man actually changing to until when Carol shot him and he still protected Denise while dying 😭 Man The Walking Dead really have a way making it seem like you can’t be redeem or change but they flip the script on you
