This one is a bit of high altitude, rapid cabin pressure change causing this lovely young lady to inflate and puff up all over.
Maybe she had a bit too much bubbly champagne that enhanced the inflation. lol
I did rush this one as it was a bit more involved to get the scene to come together, but I think it turned out ok for a daily post challenge.
