Double knee hook combo + Pole Tips and Tricks recording!
🕑 Added 2021-01-30 23:03:46 +0000 UTCHey! So, this is the link to a 5 minute video demoing the double knee hook, which I combo with genie and side saddle superman.
And here is the link to the Pole Tips and Tricks casual workshop. I would love to do more of these regularly, and you can all make requests on what you would like to get some extra support on. Today we worked on:
The Tammy
Crunch/ball spin
Meat hook
Genie + side saddle superman. Note this is easiest on spin and specifically if you invert backwards instead of forwards, it really helps get you into the position. You need to super engage that bottom leg in genie and keep it solid the whole time.

I’m also sorry but I acidenrally did not hit record on the movement time livestream! And I feel my sound was good this time, too, argh! So, my deepest apologies. I’m very sorry about that. But, we will do it again and now I have it set up automatically to record, so that’ll never be an issue in the future. Progress.
Happy pole-ing!
