Exotic Choreo
🕑 Added 2020-07-15 17:37:13 +0000 UTCThis is a *mostly the same* Choreo I taught in Exotic L2 on Monday. I wanted to share it with you here in case you wanted to work on it! Some of the order is slightly different and there were a couple moves that happened in class that didn’t happen here but I still like this version!
The hardest thing in the Choreo is by far the initial clack to violator pose. Tuck your pelvis waaaay under and tilt slightly so you can get the pole on the contact point on your hamstring. Push with your lower body into the pole and really pull with your upper body. There is a rounding to the spine and a leaning back to help counter balance. Also the wider your legs are, the more secure you’ll feel!
Happy dancing!
