A ten minute warm up!
🕑 Added 2020-01-13 02:18:42 +0000 UTCHello, friends!
I'm sharing with you by request a mini warm up! This is a two song warm up, the first being devoted to really checking in with your body and connecting to your breath. The second song is a classic legs based warm up. I will be recording further portions of my dancer conditioning in the future, but this is how I always start!
I hope this helps you feel good in your soul vessels!
