There’s no need to settle in a perfect way. No need to do it right. No need to focus in a perfect, still, controlled way. Because your mind is going to jump. Your attention is going to bounce. And that’s exactly what I want. That’s exactly what’s supposed to happen.
My voice, your breath, your feet, a sound, a random thought. Your attention jumps. And each time it jumps, you find yourself going deeper. Each time your mind bounces, you drop just a little further. You might notice your mind jumping from my words, to the feeling in your body, to a sound in the room, to your breath, to something completely random, and then - right back to me. And when it comes back, you drop deeper. When it comes back, you spin further. When it comes back, you melt a little more. The jumping is perfect. The bouncing is perfect. The wandering is perfect.

Oh, I am so excited to listen to the recording. Hypnosis is the only thing that can make my ADHD body relax and lull me to sleep, but in the last few days, it feels like my brain isn’t really “buying in.” - As if it needs to be convinced. I would love it if you could create more ADHD-friendly audio files. Preferably some that help with falling asleep and some that can be listened to during the day when things are moving a bit too fast and I need a little break 🙏🏻
