Her design it's cool, of course the idea was to make her super hot but even to do that you need to make it interesting and it sure is.

Awesome! I've been looking forward to you picking up Steam Hearts again for a long time. This game has long interested me for many years as an early project of Kimura Takahiro (RIP) and it's not just for the boobs, magnificent though they are, some of the costumes actually do look quite complex and interesting - Yea here is a great example, there's actually multiple elements to her design with the sleeves and straps and her enormous hairdo, so even though she's almost naked she still looks as though she's got a complex outfit. It's a skillful balance for a designer strike, and makes stripping it off to reveal the babe underneath all the more satisfying!

There's 3 versions of the game, one on the PC-98 Japanese home computer, one for the PC Engine console, and another for the Sega Saturn. All of them have significantly different gameplay and level design, although both the PC Engine and Saturn versions are heavily censored with most of the sexy art cut while only the PC-98 version has T&A. The game actually has a pretty good soundtrack with a pacy beat throughout. It's not 'just' a hentai, there's a credible shmup alongside the naked nekomimis.
