Hello and welcome! I'm not Ben the artist, but I have been subscribed to this Patreon for probably a couple of years if I had to guess. He posts 3 Pixie and Brutus comments a month, one "other" comic a month that features other characters besides the Pixie and Brutus crew, and I believe one wallpaper. As far as the actual dates, I'm not sure, but I believe they vary a little. There's email notifications when there's a new comic.
