theres allways gonna be ups and downs in life weather it happens or not u are strong if ur mentally sad just know that when u wake up u are stronger than u think its okay to have emotions cause thats what makes us human where ever u are in life or what ever ur going through just know that the rain will allways stop theres allways a rainbow on the other side keep pushing forward and dont forget to love yourself ^^
