Hi! I just wanted to clear up a few things that you guys may have been confused about. The little girl is Yeonjin’s (the female main bully) daughter, that bit in the beginning where Our main character Dongeun hit Yeonjin didn’t actually happy it was what Donguen said she imagined would happen many times in the past and such. Dongeun’s mother basically signed a waver stating that she wouldn’t say or do anything about the bullying and would change the reason for withdrawing from school. The reason why Yeonjin isn’t getting in trouble is bc her parents are wealthy and the police are basically in the pockets of the wealthy. Lastly, when Dongeun was at that river (Han River) talking about cramps and hitting her scars river, she was planning on attempting to commit suicide again😬 sadly although Han River is a very common go to place for hangouts and more, it’s also very commonly used for that as well. You should definitely turn on the English subtitles, they’ll translate a lot more things that you may not understand through the Korean subs. If you can/feel comfortable with it, I would also suggest not doing the English dub and just keeping it in Korean, you’ll definitely get more emotion throughout the characters.

But I will say ya’ll need to watch the series with no English dub, yes it’s a lot of reading but you won’t get the same emotion plus this is the way I learned korean! You’ll start to pick up on korean slang and simple words xx
