You know, this is probably more-or-less why one might see a number of Infected dressed in what, at first glance, appears to be fetish gear. To be honest, it's probably ALSO fetish gear, but harnesses or other gear composed mostly of strategic straps without extra cloth panels to get in the way (or disintegrate) would offer attachment points for utility clips/cases. Remember, "civilized" clothing isn't just about modesty/protection. It's also about having POCKETS, which are damn useful.
