Explaining the Early Lack of Content...

I had a Doctor's appointment on the 12th, where I finally told them the mental baggage I've been carrying around for years, and almost immediately they encouraged I see a therapist/counselor and consider taking time to deal with my mental well-being.
We'll have to see how it goes, I'm neutral on it, but I do think it might be necessary at this point, given that my problems are not going away.

Being open to those you trust about your struggles enables them to support you. Seeking help is the first and often most important step in this process. I wish you the best of luck.
All my heart with you 👍
