From what I’ve heard, that is the original artist (Kelis) singing milkshake in the gap ad, she just re-recorded it because she doesn’t own the rights or get royalties from the original!

About your Gabriela dance practice comment, they do have a Performance Video if you haven't seen it yet and it's been something that some people have been requesting because it's mesmerizing! Manon was not in the video because of an injury, but regardless the video is amazing and you can see the dance really shine and see all the strong points of each member so maybe check that out if you haven't already.
