If it's new, it's legally obliged to come with a 1 year warranty. You can also contact the manufacturer for support in case it's something simple.

Most EU countries have buyer protections to prevent falsely selling broken goods. If you bought it new over the Internet, I believe you have 14 days to return it for any reason at all.
