In re passionate fanbases - it's a huge fanbase, yeah, they still regularly do the con circuit, and there's still hope for it to come back -- there keeps being discussion about it. The show was absolutely massive at the time, globally. I'm a massive Expanse fan so I know what you mean, I was a fan of the expanse before The Expanse even really had fans - I sort of accidentally tripped and fell on it when it originally aired. This show was massive right from the start - s1 is definitely good, there's no doubt about that - but when you get to s3 and s4, yeah, if you compare them they're almost different shows in many ways. Same format, but this story is going to take a screeching turn several times, and definitely for the better.

The Observer was barely spottable in this one. He's way back at the end of the hall, just after Mark Young gets off the elevator in the opening. (Honestly, it looks like any random guy in a suit... but it's him.)
