Finch has many tens of billions. You will learn later on why he is completely anonymous. How he has so many aliases etc. The pacing of this season is a lot like Arrow season 1. The ending of the season has a big reveal with slow backstory drips throughout the entire series.

I like the continued slices of police corruption at work. This series would really benefit from twice a week watchings -- if there's ever any future openings in your schedule. Worth it.
