Is Sally staying for the apologies again? She went into full appeasement mode at the end... angling for an apology. And she seemed perplexed at not getting it. I mean Sally is also often unlikable, much like Barry. But she's just terrible in those more relatable, little everyday ways... petty, self-serving, phony. I see a lot of parallels between Sally and Barry... both trainwrecks looking for validation, both delusional. Just at vastly different levels. There's hope for Sally to change... maybe. Kudos to Bill Hader for going fully unhinged with Barry. In S1, I could root for Barry to find a way out. But, not now. He's so delusionally out of his mind now. Acting as if he's the only one trying to help, threatening everyone... when he's the cause of it all. It's riveting. But the only one I'm rooting for is Hank.
