I don't think that is possible with this particular file. ".package" files cannot be password protected so you simply download the ".package" file into your Mods folder and it should start working. However if you're referring to an encrypted file like a ".zip" file, then you are downloading from an outdated post because I don't use them anymore. This is assuming that you are downloading from this particular post.
