A Little Bit of Everything (short story)

So I actually wrote a good chunk of this story six months ago, based on a tossed-off joke by the inimitable blake1 (support her stories here!!: https://www.patreon.com/c/blake1/ ) 
Then I realized that I had written the beginning and ending but the ending didn't work without a middle, and so I shelved it for a long time--one more in the long list of projects that I start and then hit a roadblock and get frozen in place on... :'(
But for some reason I picked it back up and finished it, more or less. Going to get a bit more feedback from y'all and some other writers that I trust to make sure it's all solid, and then put it up on scribble.
On other stuff, I'm still trying to make headway on everything else and trying not to start any more new projects, lol. But I'm probably going to have a slow month upcoming, because I'm taking some time off to do some dissertation work, and I anticipate that taking the majority of my energy. Still, I'm glad to get something done before that. I hope you enjoy! :)

I really appreciate how you write your characters emotions throughout the story. The subtlety of their emotions really peaks through in their thoughts and you present that perfectly. Plus lesbian polycules. You're like my favorite poly writer and I always go back to Teenage Dirtbag or something else when I need a pick me up. Also Orange Crushed. Oh, I think currently it's only embedding the story as a scrollable page inside the page, no option to go to the google doc proper? Patreon seems to be treating it as a video, would you be able to provide the link to the google doc as well?
