for a simple merge mod just install python and use the script in tools of the github, it walks you through the process. if you want faster loading etc you can make some manual changes so that all the mods you're toggling between share the same textures. its really useful for animation mods https://github.com/SilentNightSound/GI-Model-Importer/releases/tag/v7.0
