That jealous meme could work for LBH - but seriously, LBH…jealous that your man wants to protect others other than yourself? *pats on shoulder and stares sternly* I feel a lot for GYX; I really thought that he was going to show up again in this story and then to find out, nope, he’s dead? Such a gut punch! TLJ’s “assumptions” about SQQ are hilarious and just mortifying! Our poor peerless cucumber! “Just one night” also had me thinking of Ewan McGregor from Moulin Rouge singing to Satine! Except…LBH can pay, apparently. ;) Ha! There seemed to have been “only one bed,” so I guess it works! But I LOVE SQQ not accepting this business and just getting himself a room! Smart! And yes, that whole scenario WAS like a dream! MXTX has made it hard to tell or at least makes you speculate about it! I feel LQG is just ignoring to do damage control hahaha! One of those, “If I don’t look at it, there’s not a problem” moments! And honestly, having read this story, it HAS given me more appreciation for MDZS and TGCF in terms of the couple working together and being able to communicate with one another FOR SURE! The t-shirt BeHappy got you is adorable! 💕 At the beginning you saying Luo Binghe is jealous (even over Shen Qingqiu wanting to protect the world from Tianlang-jun) immediately put the meme of "You're the most jealous man I know/You know other men?" into my head 🤣 The sexy little pickle *definitely* feels Shen Qingqiu-coded, especially from the beginning when he was internally talking up how great he was doing at pulling off the persona of cool, suave Shizun 🤣 Also the dog one when I saw it I thought it could also work for you and Huckleberry 😆 I felt that "Shen Qingqiu!" on learning that Gongyi Xiao and Luo Binghe have a resemblance to one another 😆 But I agree that you definitely feel bad for Gongyi Xiao because of that. Poor boy was like a replacement Luo Binghe 🥺 And the throwaway comment confirming Gongyi Xiao's death is like an added pain in this moment. The one time the misunderstanding is more humorous than frustrating to be prolonged: Tianlang-jun being convinced Shen Qingqiu is polyamorous 😂 Shen Qingqiu: Just one night. My man, A LOT can happen in just one night...I think his own experiences so far in this world is enough to know that. Could we count the "only two rooms" [for three people] under the umbrella of the trope: there was only one bed? 🤣 But it did raise my opinion of Shen Qingqiu a lot that he subverted my expectations by quickly taking a room and leaving Liu Qingge and Luo Binghe to duke it out with the other room 🤣 Glad I'm not the only one that thought Shen Qingqiu waking up to Luo Binghe in his room like that was some kind of dream or scenario. Liu Qingge just ignoring how Luo Binghe looks and the whole scene he walked into in Shen Qingqiu's room makes me giggle. With how much he's been depicted as someone who hits first, asks questions later, it is amazing that in this moment he has come to the point of just ignoring the problem until it goes away 😆 You thought Mo Xiang Tong Xiu teased you with Hualian/TGCF?? 🤣 Even though this story is shorter because we have those moments of Shen Qingqiu and Luo Binghe getting closer and then something comes to derail them from continuing, or we're teased a little more plot reveal, it does feel like a bigger tease than the slow build of Hualian's relationship 😂
