While we don't have a manga to talk about this week, we DO have quite the episode - as Natsume learns about Taki's grandfather and it's a race against time to prevent a powerful yokai from..."assembling" and wreaking havoc!
This spooky story is perfect for this time of year, but MAN, as per usual, this show almost makes me cry in the last few minutes! How dare it!

Loved the reaction and discussion! I watched this right after catching up with Uzumaki, so it was extra creepy this time. Really love this episode: Natsume working hard to protect his friends, and Tanuma & Taki protecting him in return! 🥰 Also, loads of lovely moments: Madara hanging out with Taki (“unwillingly”) 😂; Tanuma’s nervous giggle; the yokai gathering around the boy – they could not interact, but they were so fond of him. Another episode where the last minutes bring the devastation! I’ve described this show before as: vibes, vibes, knife in the ribs, vibes, knife in the ribs. Death Parade is an especially a nice pairing with Natsume, like a more brutal mirror. And another show where setting - and the colours! - are so key. 🥰 Natsume Tuesdays forever! Looking forward to next week! 💙
