im glad you agree. and i hope that you are happy with whatever it is you decide to adjust in the future. my suggestion? thought-bubbles or alt-expressions to help express what is happening inside her head.

i'll make sure to try and change it before selling these, it's REALLY bothering me but i made this months ago ;o; I feel like della would be super impulsive in this situation but i see what you mean! (it's going to be addressed at some point if that helps lol).

i agree it does seem a bit creepy, maybe cuz her expression hasn't changed to a kissy face yet? or...changed at all actually. its the same smile while dewey is going through 15 stages of grief and rapture. Dewey is the MVP here, great expressions, nice dialogue, but Della is being rather blunt and while its cute and nice in its own way, its kinda weird she isn't responding to his extreme discomfort. also yes this is an extremely memeable page. panels 1 and 4 especially

XD ok, once you mentioned it I can see her reading as a bit creepy or intimidating. If you add a dialogue balloon to the top left panel you could probably do a few silly edits. "The moon must pay for its transgressions, sweetie." "Glomgold is your real father." "Webby is too powerful and must be contained."
