I would choose crucifixion i think, as whilst painful, i think Blood eagle would be worse, however it is quicker, so its a 50/50 i think

Blood eagle was actually something that they did. According to historic records, one of Ragnars sons performed this on someone. And it was much worse irl because they'd pour alcohol down the wound after taking out the lungs
